Manager of Data Analysis for Lab Production Support, Extended-Hours Support (ExHS)

Natera

Natera seeks a Manager of Data Analysis to lead an extended-hours shift team providing analytics support for lab production operations. The role involves team leadership, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely resolution of production data requests across weekend, early-morning, or late-evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor assigned ExHS shift team members on data analytics tasks and professional development
Resolve production escalation tickets and ensure timely, accurate data analysis support
Track team workload, capacity, and service level agreements; report on operational effectiveness
Communicate with stakeholders across product management, lab operations, and clinical teams
Train team on technologies, procedures, and best practices; enforce compliance and quality standards

Requirements

Leadership experience managing technical teams or individual contributors
Data analysis expertise with production or operations background
Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Ability to work extended-hours shift schedules (weekend, early-morning, or late-evening)
Experience with tracking systems, SLAs, and operational metrics
Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement
