IT Service Desk Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support for end users across a global organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues and will support users via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, troubleshooting abilities, and a desire to grow their IT career in an enterprise environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level IT professional to gain hands-on experience supporting a large global organization while working with industry-standard technologies and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support for end-user issues through phone, email, and chat channels.
* Log, track, update, and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (O365), Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
* Support users with password resets, account unlocks, and access requests.
* Assist with ongoing Microsoft 365 migration-related incidents and service requests.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and break/fix issues.
* Provide support for SAP-related issues and route complex incidents to appropriate support teams when necessary.
* Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user interactions within the ticketing system.
* Escalate unresolved issues while maintaining ownership and communication with end users.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience.
Required Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
* Knowledge of Active Directory administration, including user account management and password resets.
* Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, software, and access-related issues.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support role within an enterprise environment.
* Experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT ticketing platform.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migrations and user support.
* Experience supporting SAP-related issues.
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
