You will provide compassionate, individualized nursing care while supporting each patient's comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.This is more than simply working a shift. It is an opportunity to build relationships, support families, and make a positive difference through every interaction.ResponsibilitiesUse the nursing process to assess patients, plan and implement individualized care, and evaluate outcomes.Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical standards.Monitor patient conditions and report meaningful changes to the appropriate members of the care team.Organize workflows and prioritize patient needs to support safe, efficient, and attentive care.Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other members of the care team.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Help create a positive, respectful, and family-oriented environment for patients and fellow partners.QualificationsCurrent Tennessee LPN licenseStrong clinical, organizational, and communication skillsA commitment to compassionate, high-quality senior careAbility to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary teamNew graduates are welcome to apply.
