People Analytics & Operations Leader

People Analytics & Operations Leader Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing firm‑wide HR Analytics and Operations. This hybrid role is located in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Lead a high performing People Analytics and HR Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data literacy across HR. Partner with executive leaders to design and execute a comprehensive People Analytics strategy aligned with business KPI’s. Showcase Business Intelligence and AI capabilities to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational effectiveness. Lead the design and delivery of dashboards and reporting needs both internally and for client support across all HR areas (Talent Acquisition, GDEI, Talent Development, HR Operations, HR Technology, Workforce Planning, and People Metrics). Lead cross‑functional initiatives to modernize and automate data end‑to‑end across the employee lifecycle, building reporting that anticipates future business needs while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms. Lead the HR Operations team using deep HRIS expertise to optimize Workday processes, improve data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and data governance standards of all reporting requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred. Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the Workday HRIS platform, Business Intelligence tools, and organizational design. Familiarity with predictive AI analytics and programming tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, and data infrastructure concepts, including APIs and data management. Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives in a global and matrixed organization. Ability to roll up their sleeves and get things done, working effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment. Credibility to engage with senior leaders, thoughtfully challenge status quo, and skillfully use data‑informed influencing skills. Positive, proactive work ethic, strong organization and attention to detail, and results‑oriented prioritization. Systems‑first growth mindset with an agile approach to continually evolve, be a forward thinker, and take initiative. Knowledge of global data privacy regulations, e.g., GDPR, and respect for data integrity and confidentiality. Ability to be a culture enabler aligned with the firm’s cultural tenants of inclusivity, collaboration, accountability, and collegiality. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: USD 120,000 – 225,000 (subject to qualifications, experience, and other factors). Other rewards may include discretionary corporate bonus and/or incentives.
