Personal Lines Account Executive
Location: Springfield
Job Summary: Our Personal Lines team develops and maintains client relationships by providing customized insurance solutions, including presenting policy options, explaining coverage, and delivering accurate quotes. Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST | #LI-ONSITE

Key Responsibilities: Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed Deliver a high level of customer service Keep accurate personal information for all prospects and customers within insurance company databases
Position Requirements: Property and Casualty Insurance License. Experience in personal lines insurance sales. Team player focused on customer satisfaction and retention. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing. Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems is a plus. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Pay Range: $22 - $25 / hour
