Key Account Executive

Key Account Executive – Identity Security Solution SailPoint is a leading provider of identity‑security solutions for enterprise customers. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with four Fortune50 accounts. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with four Fortune50 accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities. Utilize the Challenger methodology to engage with C‑level executives. Communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, especially C‑suite. Deliver client‑focused solutions based on customer needs. Juggle multiple account‑management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications Proven experience as a Key Account Executive, Global Account Manager, or a similar role. Experience engaging with C‑level executives using the Challenger methodology. Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence across all levels. Track record of delivering solutions tailored to customer needs. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales‑related field (not required). Travel Business travel of approximately 50% yearly is expected. Compensation Base salary for US‐based employees ranges from USD$123,750 to $208,624. Additional compensation may include the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan, role‑specific commission, and equity participation.
