This role has end-to-end accountability for all People & Culture activities and plays a critical role in shaping a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with business priorities and local needs. What Your Impact Will Be: Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design. Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence. Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring. Lead talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management. Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility. Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams. Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or site leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated experience in talent development, organizational design, employee relations, and change management. Strong business acumen with a people-centered mindset. Credible leadership presence and sound judgment. Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs. Change leadership and stakeholder management. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves. *The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
