Pain Management Physician

Coastal Pain & Neurology Centers in Florida is seeking a mission-driven Physician specializing in Pain Management. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions using comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and interventional approaches. The Physician will join a team committed to compassionate, evidence-based pain care in a highly personalized care environment.Practice InfoOur offices provide a welcoming, compassionate, and highly personalized care environment where patients quickly realize they are in a setting that is anything but a traditional clinic.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinationsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditionsDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansPerform or oversee interventional pain procedures (as credentialed), including epidural steroid injections, facet joint and medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials/implants, dorsal root ganglion stimulation, and intrathecal pain pump trials/implantsPrescribe medications and treatment plans responsibly and in compliance with regulatory standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate holistic treatmentEducate patients and families on treatment options, prevention, and wellnessMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health recordCompensationCompetitive compensation based on experience and productivity, with base + commission structureCompetitive sign-on bonusBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and CME allowanceMalpractice insurance coverageLicensure and professional fee reimbursementRetirement plan optionsShift & ScheduleFull-time preferred; part-time or contract arrangements consideredRequirementsMD or DO from an accredited institutionBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, or related specialtyActive and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)DEA registration and controlled substance prescribing authorityBLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)Fellowship training in Pain Management or Interventional Spine preferred
