The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience or Counsel with 7 to 10 years of experience providing advice to sophisticated employers and defending employment litigation (single‑/multi‑plaintiff, EEOC‑versus, and/or class and collective actions) on their behalf.

You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group: Labor & Employment Department.

The Day‑To‑Day

As a Senior Associate or Counsel in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have

• Experience advising the nation’s most sophisticated businesses on important workforce issues
• Experience defending complicated and complex disputes, in litigation and arbitration, and/or assisting clients to manage broad portfolios of employment litigation and other matters
• Excellent writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf
• A desire to work hard for discerning clients and with exceptional colleagues, all of whom expect the very best from the lawyers on their team
• Experience providing practical business solutions to clients
• Intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence
• Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
• Stellar analytical skills
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• The ability to walk and chew gum at the same time; i.e., the skills to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Admission to the Georgia bar is required
