We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facility equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience reading technical documents, troubleshooting equipment, and safely utilizing tools and materials to maintain efficient facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform facility maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, specifications, and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify maintenance needs
- Utilize tools, materials, and equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Assist with facility improvements and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
