The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as a Data Coordinator/Secretary. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills and communication capabilities. Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance Life insurance Pension program Retirement program Paid time off Responsibilities: Prepares various forms and reports of team statistics, exercising judgment in conducting involved searches by accessing various sources of information. Serves as secretary to the unit. Utilizing the ability to integrate applications and prepare comprehensive reports, data tables, charts, and graphs, develops weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for the Administrator. Provides general clerical support for the Administrator as assigned. Serves as timekeeper. Requirements: Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two years of related office experience or two years of independent business experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
