Location: BREMENEAST Shift: Days Pay Rate: $22.67 – $26.40 Job Description Qualifications and Experience Requirements 8 hrs. shift weekdays working evening/night hours Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, common spaces, and manufacturing spaces Cleans, mops, washes, buffs, and vacuums floors. Empties trash and recycling materials Maintains outside walk areas, including salting walkways, shoveling, sweeping debris and washing. Cleans and polishes fixtures, windows, and furniture. Tracks and orders custodial supplies. Assists with setup and teardown from meetings and other events. Light painting and other small simple facility repair as needed. Will handle a variety of general chemicals used for cleaning High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience with custodial duties and ability to operate equipment safely Must be able to read and understand English to be able to communicate with Supervision and comprehend work instructions. Continuous standing and walking throughout the entire shift; regular lifting/moving up to 40 pounds. Frequent pulling, pushing and bending. General Job Duties Maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors. The custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe and well-maintained.
