Facilities Manager - Level 1

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management services, is seeking a facilities manager to join their team. as a facilities manager, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management team, supporting facility operations, maintenance personnel, vendors, and client -facing site services. the ideal candidate will have leadership skills, facility management experience, and strong communication abilities that will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Midland, TX
Pay Range: 37 an hour
What’s the Job?
- Lead daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Manage vendors, contracts and service providers
- Oversee a team of engineers, technicians, and facility support staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire and HSE standards
- serve as a primary point of contact for client facility needs
What’s Needed?
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Knowledge of MEP systems
- Understand of Fire & Life safety requirements
- strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
