Susan Lachance Interior Design – Boca Raton, FL (In-Office) Susan Lachance Interior Design is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is an in-office position (not remote). This role will be responsible for maintaining current accounts and assisting with invoicing functions. We are looking for an experienced candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounting tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with invoicing and billing processes Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments Qualifications: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Susan Lachance Interior Design
