Electrical Superintendent

Utility Scale Solar BESS Experience Required Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities, ensuring safe, high-quality execution from mobilization through commissioning. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications, NEC, OSHA, and client quality standards. Collaborate with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve field issues and drive successful project completion. Key Requirements 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent on utility-scale solar or power EPC projects. Strong knowledge of DC/AC systems, medium-voltage installations, inverters, transformers, substations, and applicable electrical codes. Proven ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain a strong safety and quality culture. Willingness to travel and work at project sites, with OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver\'s license required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
