Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, with weekend rotations every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (TELE RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a neurology unit, specializing in various neurology diagnoses and neurosurgery patients. The role involves floating between units as needed and managing patient care efficiently. Responsibilities Administer care to patients using the NIH Stroke Scale. Monitor and assess patients with neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. Utilize telemetry monitoring and interpret dysrhythmias. Provide pre- and post-operative care for neurosurgery patients. Coordinate with interdisciplinary support teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in Washington or Compact State. Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required. Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory. Ability to manage BiPAP/CPAP and chest tubes. Benefits Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and more.
