We have an opportunity for an energetic and dynamic Preschool Assistant Center Director to join the administration team and an incredible school staff. Responsibilities

This role has responsibility to assist the Director/Principal in the delivery of a high-quality instructional program, overall operation of the school, and facility management. An ideal candidate will be well-versed in 21st century instructional practices and who possess a strong commitment to the education of children.

1. Assume responsibility for the Director's duties in their absence
2. Serve in a supportive role with parents, teachers, and students to promote a positive school culture
3. Work in conjunction with the school director in supervising all school activities and special events
4. Assist the director in creating classroom schedules and other activities as necessary
5. Giving tours to prospective families
6. Proactively Assess and clarify schools general needs on ongoing basis
7. Monitor inventory to ensure all supplies are allocated appropriately
8. Be punctual and reliable
9. Teacher communications
10. Proactively assists with teachers and students as needed
11. Participates in weekly leadership meetings
12. Promote and enforce confidentiality
13. Maintain a professional attitude and loyalty to the school at all times
14. Perform such duties and responsibilities as the director assigns
