Senior Human Resource Generalist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $45.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Manage human resources operations including employee records reporting documentation and policy administration. Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities from candidate scheduling through new hire integration. Administer leave programs and employee accommodations while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. Support payroll and benefits processes by maintaining employee data and resolving routine inquiries. Provide guidance on workplace policies employee relations matters and performance management activities. Requirements 5+ years of progressive human resources experience across multiple functional areas. Demonstrate direct experience managing employee leave programs and related compliance processes. Possess experience working with payroll benefits administration and human resources information systems. Maintain working knowledge of employment regulations and workplace compliance requirements. Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal communication skills while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications Maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee records and confidential information. Work independently while managing deadlines and completing assignments with minimal supervision. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and sound judgment when addressing sensitive workplace matters. Build positive relationships with employees managers and external partners through a professional approach.
