What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As our Event Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in making every event a success. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and execute outreach programs. Manage group bookings and respond to organization inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for guests, ensuring clear and effective communication. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude when handling guest interactions. Help foster relationships with local organizations to drive engagement and bookings. What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with guests and partners. A positive attitude and the ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and care.
