We are partnering with a growing organization to find an experienced High Volume Recruiter to join their team in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding while supporting aggressive hiring goals. Location: Austin, TX (78701 – Downtown) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire / Direct Hire Schedule: In-Office Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning initiatives Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and manage the pre-employment process through start date Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Required Experience Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of recruiting channels Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills Experience extending offers and managing onboarding processes Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook General Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple openings and adapt to changing business needs Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Results‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires in a fast‑paced environment If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr Solomon Page
