Your expertise in CNC programming and problem-solving will directly influence production efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement across our operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape processes, mentor operators, and ensure our machines deliver at their best. What You’ll Do Program multiple CNC machines (Doosan, Mazak, Haas mills, and lathes) using Gibbs Cam, Line Cam, and M/G code . Create and update setup sheets, visuals, and documentation that make operations clear and efficient. Lead CNC setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct time studies and evaluate production for optimization. Collaborate with leaders and supervisors on tooling trials and fixture design. Champion EJ’s culture, safety, and core values while promoting a strong sense of teamwork. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training preferred. 1–2 years of CNC programming experience (mills and lathes). Skilled in blueprint reading, G-code interpretation, and quality auditing/checking . Proficient with precision tools: calipers, micrometers, and other measurement equipment. Attributes: self-directed, detail-oriented, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Why Join EJ?
