Pandora – Mt. Pleasant Town Center – Part‑Time Core Sales Associate We are seeking a Part‑Time Core Sales Associate who will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will deliver a world‑class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As Core Staff, you will help keep our store running smoothly with consistent schedules and responsibilities, and provide reliable support to both team and fans. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that reflect a sense of Care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels. At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
