The Site Contracting Clinical Trial Coordinator works with the site contracting team on various activities related to execution of site level agreements.What You Will Do:Your role will involve delivering clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:Route site level agreements for signature, either via paper, if wet ink required, or through DocusignQC of site level agreements to ensure all signatures are completed, execution date is present and protocol number is consistent throughoutDistribution of the site level agreements to appropriate stakeholdersFiling in an electronic repository and entering medidata based on information from the CTA and BudgetAnalyze and create reports for Site Contracting Management teamServe as primary point of contact with Investigative Sites or Vendors for CDA negotiationsCollaborate with Vertex Legal for any contract language negotiationsYour Profile:You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
