Job Description
Labor Finders is seeking dependable General Laborers for an 8-week remodeling project in Tampa . This is a temporary opportunity with day and night shifts , requiring availability 7 days a week for 8 weeks , with part-time, full-time, and daily scheduling options. Workers will assist with moving machines and other equipment throughout the facilities and must be physically capable of working extended shifts and performing active labor.
Responsibilities
- Move machines and other equipment throughout the facilities.
- Assist with team lifting as needed.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
- Follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain a respectful and professional manner while working inside the facilities.
Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and availability 7 days a week for 8 weeks.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and assist with team lifting.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully; reliable transportation required.
- Previous moving, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is preferred.
- Must comply with required background screening, identification, dress code, and security requirements for facility access.
