Motorcycle TechnicianBob's Motorcycles is seeking a Motorcycle Technician to join our service team in Jessup, MD. Whether your experience comes from BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle or powersports brands, we encourage qualified technicians to apply.What You'll Do:Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles.Perform scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.Inspect motorcycles and identify mechanical issues.Test ride motorcycles when necessary for diagnosis and quality control.Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures.Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Qualifications:Previous experience repairing motorcycles, powersports vehicles, or automobiles.Technical training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.Valid motorcycle driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to qualify for a Maryland Inspector License.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and understand technical information and repair procedures.Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work.Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle brands.Powersports or dealership service experience.Compensation & Benefits:Earnings potential: $50,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications:Benefits include:90% employer-paid health insurance.Paid vacation.Paid sick leave.Paid holidays.401(k) retirement plan.Optional dental, life, and disability insurance.Employee Assistance Program.Employee discounts.Work Environment:Passionate motorcycle-focused team.Professional, casual, and friendly atmosphere.Work-life balance encouraged.Heated and air-conditioned facility, including service bays.Safety-focused workplace with air purification and regularly cleaned workspaces.How to Apply:Please include:A summary of your motorcycle experience and knowledge.Any technical training, certifications, or relevant repair experienceYour desired salary range.Bob's Motorcycles is conveniently located in Jessup, Maryland, between Baltimore and Washington, DC.
