Light Industrial Associate
Marathon Staffing
Marathon Staffing is hiring a Light Industrial Associate to support fast-paced client operations. In this role, you’ll assist with sorting, packing, loading, basic machine operation, and general warehouse tasks. You will follow safety procedures, inspect materials, maintain clean work areas, and meet production and quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable standing for extended periods. This position offers consistent hours, training, and the opportunity to grow with a people-first staffing partner focused on respect and long-term success.
