Operations Associate
Marathon Staffing
Marathon Staffing seeks an Operations Associate to support daily recruiting and staffing workflows in a fast-paced, people-first environment. In this role, you’ll coordinate candidate sourcing, screenings, and interviews, maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems, and assist with onboarding for light industrial, clerical, and professional roles. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and clients to manage job orders, schedule orientations, support high-volume hiring events, and ensure timely, responsive communication. This role offers growth in staffing operations, client service, and workforce solutions.
