This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. This is considered a leadership position and a liaison between clinical staff and Management.Essential Functions of the RoleYou will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.You will check nursing procedures.
