Job Title: Report Analyst (Tableau, COGNOS, MS Access, Power BI) 8 yrs Exp

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

Experience creating reports and analyses using Tableau, MS Access, COGNOS, Power BI, or similar tools.
Experience querying and analyzing data using PL/SQL, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Experience working with business and system stakeholders to create robust test plans and test cases for web applications.
Experience creating, managing, and executing functional and regression test scripts.
Experience performing application testing based on written test scripts, documenting, tracking, and communicating defects using JSM/JIRA or similar tools.
Experience analyzing business requirements documents and working with technical and policy teams to identify gaps.
Help desk experience, including documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving reported software issues.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related majors.
