Talent Acquisition Sourcing & ATS Coordinator

NaphCare

NaphCare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Resource Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at the Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. You will source candidates across platforms, help manage the iCIMS ATS, and keep job postings current on college and general boards. You will also support career fair registration and coordination to keep the recruitment funnel clean and active.
