Tech and Telecom Policy Legislative Assistant

Overview Congresswoman McClain Delaney (MD-06) seeks an experienced, highly motivated Tech and Telecom Policy Legislative Assistant. The position will be responsible for the Congresswoman’s Science, Space and Technology Committee in addition to a broad portfolio of issues, including: AI, data privacy and consumer protection concerns associated with emerging technologies; youth online safety; telecom and broadband connectivity; and more. This is not an entry level position; relevant legislative and/or policy experience is required. Qualifications A successful candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a communicative team player, with a great sense of humor.
