Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends to offer up-to-date solutions and meet competitive demands. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for effective client servicing. Requirements Licensing: NY State Property & Casualty License is mandatory - various course options available Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is helpful Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer Focused: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Remote Work: Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote or off-site setting Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within the team #J-18808-Ljbffr
