Responsible for the quality control audits of all installation and repair work ensuring safety compliance as outlined by company and OSHA directives.Reviews potential subcontractors' safety policies, procedures, and safety performanceEnsure the Safety Plan is understood and implemented by all Project Managers and subcontractors.Conduct accident investigations and incident reports as needed.Develops and conducts employee safety and health training programsConducts detailed site safety and health inspectionsManages project security contracts, programs and policiesWrites detailed injury/illness reportsPrepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safetyEvaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the lawConduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident preventionMonitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operationsQualifications:Ideally 5+ years of prior experience as a Safety Director, Manager or FSI in cell-site deploymentsA minimum of 5 years' experience in the Telecom and/or Construction industry (preferred)Prior experience as a Certified Tower Climber or Overseeing Certified Tower Climbers is preferredStrong knowledge of OSHA Federal Regulations, state and local safety regulations, policies and procedures - OSHA #500 / #501 highly preferredMust be fully proficient MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelinesAbility to produce reports and developing relevant policiesGood knowledge of data analysis and risk assessmentExcellent organizational and motivational skillsExceptional attention to detail and observation abilityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel outside of Illinois when necessaryTriad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Wireless, is a drug and alcohol-free workplace including marijuana.
