Concierge / Guest Services/CNA weekends 8am-8pm

Lexington Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Concierge / Guest Services Associate to join our team. This role is the face of our community—responsible for welcoming residents, families, and visitors, and supporting a positive and compassionate experience for all who enter our facility.CNA Experience Key Responsibilities: Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk; answer and direct phone calls appropriately. Provide information, guidance, and assistance to guests and residents. Assist with visitor sign-in/out procedures and enforce safety and infection control protocols. Schedule transportation, appointments, or other services as requested by residents or staff. Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, welcoming, and stocked with informational materials. Handle resident mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner. Assist with light administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and distributing communication materials. Support social events and family visitation coordination. Act with sensitivity, patience, and respect toward residents and their families. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service, front desk/reception, or hospitality preferred—healthcare or senior living experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Friendly, empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to serve others. Basic computer and office software skills.
