• Promote MLR opportunities to gauge candidate interest
• Organize key appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Maintain connection with leads to ensure their ongoing interest and support throughout their hiring journey
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
