What You’ll Do As our Wedding Coordinator/Event Captain, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our winery weddings and private events. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with vendor and planner coordination to ensure seamless event execution. Managing event-day logistics, keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish. Conducting property tours and attending meetings with clients to help them envision their special day. Overseeing event details in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and precision. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need to bring: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field. Professionalism: A polished and dependable demeanor, with the ability to represent Elliston Vineyards with pride. Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility: Availability to work at least two events per month, including weekends and evenings as needed.
