Summary:

**Required Licensure:** - Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) **Required Certifications:** - BLS from AHA only **Preferred Certifications:** - None specified **Years of Experience:** - 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience (Teaching hospital experience will be considered); Scrub and OR Circulator experience **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience - Teaching hospital experience required - Scrub and OR Circulator experience **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Level 1 trauma with multiple years of experience **Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:** - Demonstrated skill in human relations and communications is required - Must have demonstrated clinical expertise in their area of responsibility **Personality Fit:** - Highly motivated self-starter
