As a Member Service Guide - Flex, the full-time remote position will engage with members across various channels, helping them navigate healthcare complexities with empathy and accuracy while adapting to changing business needs. Key responsibilities: Engage with members through multiple communication channels, providing support and translating complex healthcare information into actionable guidance Leverage data and internal systems to deliver timely and compliant solutions while meeting established performance metrics Flexibly transition between inbound and outbound tasks, adapting to seasonal business priorities and feedback for personal growth Required qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role or fast-paced healthcare environment Genuine passion for improving the healthcare experience and a commitment to serving members Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including seasonal adjustments Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence to manage diverse interactions Comfortable working alongside AI-powered tools and digital platforms to enhance member service Virtual Vocations Inc
