Maintenance TechnicianBristol, Indiana - Posted on July 6, 2026 Published By Jennifer AndrewsMaintenance Technician position available in the Bristol, Indiana location working at our client location who is a growing manufacturer.This is a direct hire opportunity on first shift, with a schedule of 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. Pay rate is $22-25/hour.Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician Include:Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtimeInspect equipment for maintenance and safety concernsInstall and test new equipment and replacement partsMaintain accurate maintenance records and work ordersFollow safety procedures, including lockout/tagoutAssist with general facility maintenance and repairsQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMaintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read technical manuals and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to use hand and power tools safelyFlexible to work overtime as neededPreferred Skills:Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance or electrical systemsExperience with PLCs and automated equipmentWelding/fabrication experienceForklift or scissor lift certificationPhysical & Work Environment:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environmentsExposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving machineryPPE required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe shoesTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
