Senior Maintenance Tech Support Lead — Tier 2
Ryder System, Inc.
Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish. The role includes deciding on in-house vs third-party responses and resolving complex vehicle issues for Ryder lease/contract fleets. You will mentor Tier 1 agents, share technical updates, and help improve uptime while coordinating with RCRC and leadership.
