Solutions Development Manager
MAU Workforce Solutions
MAU is hiring a Solutions Development Manager in Lawrenceville, GA. As a Solutions Development Manager, you will lead growth strategies across all MAU segments by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will engage in consultative sales, build strong client relationships, and develop tailored service solutions that align with customer needs in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.Benefits Package

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven sales aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in service-oriented solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Ethical conduct and personal credibility
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong initiative, organization, and time management
- Financial and business acumen
- Effective communication and networking skills
- Identify and secure new business across all MAU segments
- Deliver consultative selling strategies to align with client goals
- Foster and maintain trusting client relationships
- Provide accurate and timely reporting via Salesforce (weekly and monthly KPI tracking)
- Actively promote and support MAU’s safety culture
- Primarily office-based with standard office equipment usage
- Occasional presence in light industrial or clerical facilities with variable work conditions
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
- Capable of touring manufacturing facilities
- 10% – 25% travel required
