Your opportunity Responsibilities Package applications to company standards and timeframes, including facilitating UAT. Deliver software into the Production environment in adherence with Information Security policies and Change Management best practices to globally distributed clients and Citrix estates. Provide third‑line application deployment support, including Service Desk coaching. Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure a consistent, standardized global environment. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment. Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Benefits Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations. Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager: Application configuration and deployment management. Highly motivated with a passion for technology and technical detail. Experience working in a locked‑down global enterprise environment. Good teamwork and knowledge‑transfer skills. Solution‑focused and committed to high quality delivery. Self‑motivated with the ability to learn ‘on the fly’. A good communicator who can discuss technical subjects in layman's terms. Experience of high‑pressure, large‑scale environments. Nice to have Skills Flexera AdminStudio Suite – Repackaging Applications for Windows Installer. Microsoft Application Virtualization – Advanced troubleshooting. Scripting languages: PowerShell and VBScript. Experience managing Microsoft AppLocker rules. Microsoft Intune Configuration Profile management. Career Development No supervisory responsibilities. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may differ. The position will be open through February28,2026.
