Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate specializing in Private Equity and Investment Management to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in investment management and corporate transactions, with a focus on private funds and regulatory matters. Duties Draft and review investment management and fund-related documents. Advise investment managers on regulatory compliance obligations. Negotiate and document strategic joint ventures and financings. Represent family offices and institutional investors. Requirements 3-6 years of experience in investment management and private fund formation. Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions. Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in drafting investment management agreements and related documents. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
