How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Coordinate and communicate precise patient schedules for prescribed procedures to maximize clinical resource utilization and respect patient time.
• Efficiently manage patient registration by gathering and entering accurate demographic, insurance, and clinical data into database systems.
• Navigate and resolve scheduling conflicts and inquiries regarding procedure types, dates, and locations by leveraging appropriate resources.
• Facilitate insurance pre-certification and authorization workflows to ensure seamless administrative approvals prior to care.
• Counsel patients and representatives on pre-service requirements and instructions to prepare them effectively for upcoming procedures.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
