RN – Clinical Educator

Schedule: Days, 8 hours

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Strong knowledge of adult educational principles
• Prior experience in a clinical educator or similar role preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilizes adult educational principles and leadership skills to mentor clinical staff.
• Advocates for the well-being of patients through effective communication and education.
• Collaborates with management to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Acts as a role model for clinical staff, promoting a safe and caring environment.
• Communicates collegiately with physicians and other departments.

• Adheres to hospital policies, state regulations, and accrediting requirements.
