Travel Med Surg Charge Nurse

Position Travel Med Surg Charge Nurse Location Lewiston, Maine Department Med Surg Shifts Available Days and Nights Pay up to $1,451 –$1,982 gross pay per week; equivalent to $40.32 – $55.06 per hour. Paid Weekly Additional $3/hour differential is paid on top of the base rate. Assignment Length 12 weeks Responsibilities Assists the Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management. Supervises, directs, and evaluates team members. Ensures effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources. Maintains efficient department operations and patient care standards. Provides direct patient care as needed within scope of practice. Monitors patient care plans and directs necessary adjustments. Collaborates with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes. Supports a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment. Oversees staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift. Qualifications Current and valid state RN License Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current Previous one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg setting required PALS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current Equal Employment Opportunity Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
