I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in sales, where I developed a passion for helping people and building relationships. I'm a graduate of VCU, a proud husband and father of four, and a huge LEGO enthusiast who enjoys tackling new builds in my free time.

As a Customer Service Representative with Wael Ramadan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
