Front Desk Associate - $55K-$65K - DC

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a direct hire Front Desk Associate to join their busy office operations and client services team! Responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors to the office and answering incoming calls. Responsible for booking and maintaining conference rooms, including setting up for meetings. Prepare meeting materials and agendas, compiling folders and booklets. Coordinate travel arrangements and compile receipts for expense reports. Collaborate across internal teams and departments, particularly with Office Services and the IT/AV teams. Assist with general office operations and administrative support tasks as needed. Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant office support experience within hospitality or professional services. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Passionate about providing strong customer service to clients, with a \"no task too small\" attitude. Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information. Position Information: Salary: $55K-$65K + annual merit bonus (DOE). Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday in the Washington, DC office.
