Snr Pricing Manager (Law Firm)

Coda Search has partnered with a distinguished law firm with offices in Midtown Manhattan.

The firm is looking to bring on a Senior Pricing Manager who will collaborate directly with senior leadership and practice group heads. This influential position calls for a strategic thinker with outstanding communication abilities who can partner with attorneys and business development professionals to design and execute pricing strategies that strengthen the firm’s financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with attorneys, business development teams, and senior leadership to design and implement pricing strategies that support the firm’s financial goals.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, offering direction on budgets, fee arrangements, and pricing models.
• Contribute to the design of competitive fee arrangements and billing rate strategies.
• Build and maintain a range of tools that inform pricing decisions within each practice group.
• Lead, develop, and supervise a small team of direct reports.
• Drive strategic process enhancements in partnership with senior leadership and internal departments.
• Track and evaluate pricing results, producing reports and analysis that inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience at a law firm or professional services organization.
• Previous law firm pricing experience, including designing pricing strategies and fee arrangements.
• Prior experience leading a small team and developing direct reports.
• Demonstrated capacity to cultivate productive relationships and communicate clearly with partners, attorneys, and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling; familiarity with legal billing or accounting systems preferred.
