Base pay range $190,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Coda Search is partnering with a prestigious law firm with offices located in midtown Manhattan. The firm is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager who will work closely with senior leadership and practice group leaders. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can work closely with partners and business development professionals to develop and implement effective pricing strategies to drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with partners, business development teams, and senior leaders to develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the firm’s financial objectives. Act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on budgeting, fee arrangements, and pricing structures. Support the development of competitive fee arrangements and rate strategies. Create and manage various tools to guide pricing decisions across each practice group. Mentor, supervise, and manage a small team of direct reports. Implement strategic process improvements working closely with senior leadership and various internal teams. Monitor and analyze pricing performance, preparing reports and insights to support decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm. Prior experience in law firm pricing—developing pricing strategies and fee arrangements. Experience supervising a small team and guiding direct reports. Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with partners, attorneys, and senior leaders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) and experience with legal billing or accounting systems preferred.
